| Are you large or small boned? |
For large boned, take your ideal weight
times 1.05.
For small boned, take your ideal weight times .95.

Are you normal, overweight, or obese?
Normal: Multiply your
ideal weight times 1.09. If you now weigh less than this
number, you are normal. You're safe! Regular exercise and a healthy diet will boost your
energy and endurance while keeping your weight stable.
Overweight: Multiple your
ideal weight times 1.20.
If your present weight is below this number but above normal weight, you are classified as
overweight. Your weight may be affecting your health and self-image. Take action now.
Make eating an optimal diet and daily exercise a priority.
Obese: If your present weight is more than 1.20 times
your ideal weight, you are classified as obese. You are in danger and need immediate action.
