Are you normal, overweight, or obese?
Normal: Multiply your ideal weight times 1.09. If you now weigh less than this number, you are normal. You're safe! Regular exercise and a healthy diet will boost your energy and endurance while keeping your weight stable.
Overweight: Multiple your ideal weight times 1.20. If your present weight is below this number but above normal weight, you are classified as overweight. Your weight may be affecting your health and self-image. Take action now. Make eating an optimal diet and daily exercise a priority.
Obese: If your present weight is more than 1.20 times your ideal weight, you are classified as obese. You are in danger and need immediate action. Do not let anything stand between you and daily exercise. Learn to cook healthy meals and put the principles from this web site into practice. Change your lifestyle now! You can feel years younger and enjoy a healthier, longer life.
